• In the event of loss or theft of a shipment during transit, liability is determined as follows:

• Sender (KeyKey’s Hair): Liable until the package is handed over to the carrier for delivery.

• Carrier (e.g., Post, DHL): Liable until the package is delivered to the recipient. Liability may be limited based on the carrier’s terms and conditions.

• Recipient: Once the package is delivered to the agreed location (e.g., mailbox, doorstep), responsibility transfers to the recipient. If the recipient has authorized the carrier to leave packages in an unsecured location, liability for theft may rest with the recipient.

• We recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring a secure delivery location to mitigate the risk of theft.

• As our products are hygiene items, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the goods have been opened, used, or altered.

• Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• Returned goods must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Specifically, hair must not be cut, and for wigs, the lace must remain unaltered. The hairstyle should match the condition at the time of shipping.

If a product is defective or damaged, you have the right to a return or replacement in accordance with applicable Swiss consumer protection laws. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please note that personalized items or products sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned in the case of manufacturing defects. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
